Instructor
Su Chao, Senior Instructor, Tencent
Su Chao is a senior instructor at the Tencent Social Network Group (SNG) / Mobile Community Products Centre specialising in product management. She formerly worked as a financial reporter and producer for CCTV2.
She joined Tencent in 2010, where she gained operational experience in various departments including the company's blog, client news portal, Weibo, Weishi (video) and Weishequ (community forum), as well as leading a team of over 1,000 Tencent bloggers. She has experienced WeChat’s development from scratch over the past four years.
